The hotel is a fantastic base for exploring the World War II sites in Normandy. It's conveniently located between Utah and Omaha beachheads, making it easy to visit both. The value for money is great, as we got to stay in a historical chateau with modern amenities. The breakfasts were absolutely delicious, with a variety of local products like homemade jams and cheeses.
No significant issues, everything was fine.

On my new year's visit to a chateau in Normandy, the surroundings were lovely- opulent decor, rich breakfast, and beautiful gardens. They also offered free Wi-Fi and easy parking for our rented car. The location made it a great place to stay while exploring the beaches and historic sites in the area.
It was not all sunshine and rainbows. The staff seemed distracted and overworked, leading to less than satisfactory service. The rooms were dingy and lacked necessary amenities, with thin walls that made it difficult to sleep soundly. a disappointing experience that could have been so much better with improved customer service and updated accommodations.

Nothing all excellent.

The breakfast was quite nice, filled with local products such as cheeses and jams. The location was also very convenient, as it was close to various historic sites and attractions for tourists to visit. The room was clean and spacious enough for a weekend trip.
Sadly, I did not enjoy my stay. The Wi-Fi connection was very poor, making it difficult to plan activities in the surrounding area.

The hotel was an absolute gem! The value for money was exceptional, especially considering the attention to detail and the incredible location for visiting all the WW2 sites. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms were comfortable with a good bed. And let's not forget the breakfast - it was a delicious feast of local products, including fresh bread, homemade jams, and local cheeses.
There wasn't a single thing that could be improved - everything was perfect!

Additionally, the location is perfect as it offers a quick drive to the nearby villages. The breakfast was a feast with freshly baked pastries and homemade jams. The staff was warm, welcoming, and hospitable. Parking and transportation were convenient for exploration.
Can't fault anything about this hotel.
